Wedding Package

You get exclusive use of Sunset Beach property for your private event. You will have access to the property from 8:00 AM Thursday to Sunday at 5:00 PM. (4 full days). This includes the use of the beach, the pavilion, all 6 cottages, canoes, kayaks, SUP’s, docks, etc.

You will have access to the covered picnic pavilion with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace and brick oven. Perfect for hosting a rehearsal dinner/reception. Can accommodate about 30 guests in the pavilion.

There is a huge grassy area that is able to accommodate a large tent (up to 110 X40).  We will coordinate/provide the tent rental, table, and chairs for you. This is included in the price (up to 150 people).

You will need to supply your own linens.

We supply the Luxury portable restrooms.

On-site property manager during the event.

There is a dedicated 110 amp electrical service and a backup generator on the property so there is no need to worry about a power outage.

We provide your event insurance thru our insurance provider so you don’t have to use your homeowners policy.

Ability to supply your own liquor or hire a professional bartender.

Flexibility to select your own licensed/insured vendors: caterers, florist, entertainment, etc. (happy to make recommendations for you).

Have access to a wedding event coordinator for your event (extra fee).

($2,500 non-refundable deposit to hold the date)
